Data Validation Specialist
We are seeking a Data Validation Executive responsible for verifying, cleaning, and ensuring the accuracy of data within our systems. This is a non-voice, backend role that involves no direct customer interaction. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical abilities, keen attention to detail, and proficiency in data handling and management tools.
Data Validation Executive – 4000 Forms/Month
Each employee is required to validate 4,000 data forms per month per seat, maintaining both speed and accuracy in processing. The role demands consistent adherence to quality standards while meeting daily productivity targets. Ensuring data integrity and full compliance with company protocols is essential to support a smooth and efficient validation workflow.
Weekly Target-Based (Non-Voice Process)
Employees are expected to validate 4,000 data forms per month per seat, following a structured weekly target. During the first week, 1,000 forms must be completed to support a smooth onboarding and learning curve. From the second week onward, the remaining workload should be evenly distributed throughout the month. Maintaining high levels of accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with quality standards is essential to uphold data integrity and meet company expectations.
Patient Data
Each employee is tasked with validating patient-related data from international sources, ensuring strict accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with data protection regulations. The role includes a monthly target of 4,000 data forms per seat, starting with 1,000 forms in the first week to support smooth onboarding, followed by a balanced workload throughout the month. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality standards are essential to uphold data integrity. Compensation is performance-based, with a payout of ₹18 per validated form, offering consistent earning potential.
Weekly Payout
The Quality Check (QC) process takes approximately 4 to 5 days to ensure data integrity before final approval. Each validated data form is compensated at ₹18. The first payout is processed on a biweekly basis, with subsequent payments released weekly. Maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and strict adherence to quality standards is crucial to uphold the credibility and reliability of the data.
Billing is processed within 4 to 5 days following the QC (Quality Check) report. Each validated data form is paid at ₹18, with the first payout issued biweekly and all subsequent payments made weekly. Based on performance and accuracy, employees can earn up to ₹72,000 per month per seat, with weekly payouts reaching up to ₹18,000. Consistently meeting productivity targets and maintaining high-quality standards is key to maximizing earnings.
Security Deposit
A fully refundable security deposit of ₹20,000 per seat is required, refundable after a period of 3 months. Please note that seat availability is limited, and allocations will be made on a first-come, first-served basis.
Training
Comprehensive training and sample data forms will be provided before starting actual work. The training covers data validation, accuracy checks, compliance, and best practices for handling international patient data. This helps minimize errors, improve efficiency, and ensure high-quality performance from the start.
